Campaign idea
The Employee Multiplier
Activate every employee of every exhibitor and sponsor, not just the one booth contact.
What it is
You sign a sponsor and you get one contact. That company has 200 employees, most of them on LinkedIn, most of them connected to precisely the audience you are trying to reach.
The employee multiplier turns one relationship into a roster. Everyone attending from that company - and ideally everyone who works there - gets a personalised, one-tap asset that says they are involved.
- When to run it
- Before the event
- Who does the sharing
- Employees, Exhibitors, Sponsors
- What it's for
- Registrations, Brand reach
- Effort
- Medium effort
Timing: 4-6 weeks out, once stand teams are confirmed.
Why it works
- Employee posts consistently outperform company-page posts on reach and engagement.
- It costs the company nothing and gives its people a reason to look good publicly.
- One booth contact becoming fifty advocates changes the economics of the whole sponsorship.
- It works for your own team too - your staff are the first roster to activate.
How to run it
- 1
Get the attending roster, not just the contact
Ask for everyone who will be on the stand. That list is the starting roster.
- 2
Personalise per person
Their name, their photo, their company, your event. A shared graphic gets posted by nobody; a personal one gets posted by most.
- 3
Route it through the company champion
One person internally forwards the links. Internal forwarding beats an email from an outside organiser every time.
- 4
Extend beyond the booth team
Offer the whole company a 'we're exhibiting at X' asset. Marketing usually says yes.
- 5
Report per company
'Your team drove 60 registrations across 22 posts.' That number sells next year's stand.
What you need
- Employee rosters from exhibitors and sponsors
- Per-person personalised assets
- An internal champion at each company
What to measure
- Employees activated per company
- Posts per activated employee
- Registrations attributed per company

Campaigns that pair with this one
The Exhibitor Booth-Traffic Campaign
Exhibitors want footfall, so they will happily promote your event to their own list. Give them something to send.
The Speaker's Company Post
Their employer posts "our {name} is speaking". You get the speaker's personal reach plus the whole company's.
The Sponsor Media Kit
Tiered, co-branded assets sponsors can post without asking their agency. Their reach, your registrations.
We'll build the campaign with you
Premagic runs the assets, the tracking and the nudges - so the campaign actually ships instead of sitting in a plan.
