ISO/IEC 27001 certified
Premagic’s information security management system is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022, the international standard for information security. Here is what that covers and how we look after the data that runs through your events.
What the certification means
ISO/IEC 27001 sets out how an organization should manage information security: how risks are identified, which controls are in place, who is responsible for them, and how they are checked and improved over time. Certification means an independent auditor has reviewed how we work against that standard.
Our certificate was issued on 30 September 2026 by Glocert International Certifications (UK) Limited. It is valid for three years, and the certification body audits us again during that time to confirm we are still meeting it.
For you, it means the people handling your event data, your attendees’ photos and your registration lists work inside a system that has been audited, not one we describe ourselves.
What it covers
The scope on the certificate covers the development, delivery and support of Premagic as a SaaS platform for event advocacy tools, AI-powered event photo delivery and facial recognition-based digital engagement. That includes the information assets, cloud infrastructure and business functions that support it.
