Event campaign ideas that fill the room

21 campaigns that turn attendees, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors into your biggest growth channel. Each one has the setup steps, the timing and the numbers to watch.

Anyone can buy their first attendees. The next 30% you have to earn - by giving every speaker, attendee, sponsor and exhibitor something they actually want to post. These are the campaigns that do that, sorted by when you run them and who does the sharing.

Experiential marketing usually means the brand activation on the floor. These go further: every one of them is measured in registrations, reach or sponsor value, not in footfall past a booth.

Questions

Before you launch anything

How many campaigns should we run at once?

Three or four, not twenty. Pick one campaign per stakeholder group - one for attendees, one for speakers, one for sponsors - and run each properly rather than launching everything and nudging nobody. Add more only once the first set has a measured share rate.

Which campaign should we start with?

Whichever one matches the group you already have contact details for. Most events start with speakers, because the roster is small, the assets are quick, and speaker audiences convert well. If you have a past edition's photos, the memory banner is the cheapest first win.

Do these need a big marketing team?

No. Almost all of the work is producing personalised assets and chasing people who forgot to post, and both of those are automated. What a team does add is the reward design and the partner conversations, which are judgement calls rather than production work.

How do we know a campaign actually worked?

Give every advocate a tracked link or a promo code, and measure registrations rather than likes. Reach and impressions are useful for sponsor reporting, but the number that matters is cost per referred registration against what you pay for a cold one.

Pick a campaign. We'll run it with you.

Premagic builds the assets, tracks who is sharing, and nudges the people who are not - so the campaign ships instead of sitting in a deck.
